What do you do while eating Christmas breakfast, if you don’t watch the Queen’s message? I have a very serious Christmas morning ritual. Fire in the fireplace, champagne in the orange juice, cinnamon buns in the oven, and the Queen’s message on CBC.
I had a terrible fucking day, but this made me make this face :3 irl.

decorating the house with my roomies, listening to christmas carols, drinking hot cocoa.
i’m letting myself get a little bit excited about the holiday season, after the depressing shit show of last year. all the lights went on in victoria park a few days ago, soon i can go skating, i’m looking at sparkly dresses and thinking “maybe for new years?”, planning tobogganing dates with my best girls, and the annual parties of course.
i might even be a little bit pleased when we get the first snowfall…
